2. What type of information we collect
2.1 Registration input data
When you have signed up for the Service, we may collect the information that we ask you for. The basics are your username, password, e-mail address, gender, postal code, and country. For registration after 25th of May 2018 we require you to approval of our GDPR policy and confirm age over 18. For registration before 25th of May 2018 we’ve sent out information regarding your personal details and data.
If you connect to the Service via your Facebook login credentials, you authorize us to collect your authentication information. This includes your Facebook username, encrypted access credentials, and other information that may be available on or through your Facebook account, including your name, profile picture, country, hometown, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, friends’ names and profile pictures and networks. We may store this information so that it can be used for the purposes explained in Section 3 and may verify your credentials with Facebook.
When you continue using the FitnessCollection Service your personal data onto your account such as, booking history, device identifier and personal contact details will be saved. In an ongoing effort to improve our Service, additional personal data may be collected from you. In that case, we will notify you when the personal data collection takes place.

When you sign up for a Trial or any of ourpaid Subscriptions (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use), or make other purchases through the Service, your credit card information and other data that we need to process your payment are collected and stored by third party payment processors. We may collect some limited information, such as your postal code, mobile number and details of your transaction history. Also note that a third party payment processors generally provide us with some limited information related to you, such as a unique token that enables you to make additional purchases using the information they’ve stored, and your card’s type, expiration date, and last four digits.

We may share the information we collect, including your personal information. The following describes how this is performed:
4.1 Sharing with Third Party Applications
In order to personalize your experience of the Service, we may share some information we have collected about you with providers of Third Party Applications, such as high-level geographic information, your content preferences, settings and technical data. FitnessCollection will take the necessary precautions to prohibit Third Party Application providers from attempting to identify you by using the information we provide to them or by collecting additional information without your consent.

In addition to the above, we may also share your information to third parties for the following limited purposes:
- to allow a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets;
- to respond to legal process, if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to do so; to comply with requirements of mandatory applicable law; to protect the safety of any person; to protect the rights and property of FitnessCollection, including to enforce the Terms and Conditions of Use and Mobile Terms; and to address fraud, security or technical issues;
- to inform business partners about use of the Service and products and services made available through the Service, in the form of aggregated statistics or otherwise in a format which does not reveal your identity; and
- in the case you expressly opt in to such sharing.
You understand and agree that the privacy policies of third parties will govern all use of information that we provide to them under this section.
You hereby consent to FitnessCollection using all your personal data for profiling and marketing purposes via emails, notifications, or other messages, by FitnessCollection. Profiling will be used for marketing purposes to enable personalized and relevant offers to you, based on your preferences of using our service. We will communicate with you by email and notices posted on your mobile device. If you do not wish to receive notices on your mobile device, you can always turn off this service.
Marketing will only be sent to you by FitnessCollection; no personal data will be transferred to third parties for marketing purposes (other than possibly to service providers on assignment by FitnessCollection, however these providers do not have any rights to use the data for any other purposes than to what they have been assigned to, on behalf of FitnessCollection).
5. Your preferences
Through your settings, you can choose which communications you receive from us. However, please note that it may not be possible to make certain information private on the Service, including your name and/or username, and other basic information.
6. Transfer to other countries
We may display advertisements from third parties and other content which links to third party websites. We cannot control or be held responsible for third parties’ privacy practices and content. Please read their privacy policies to find out how they collect and process your personal information.
Controll over data
When using the FitnessCollection app, FitnessCollection is the data controller of your personal information. For example, this means that FitnessCollection has the responsibility to process your personal information in accordance with GDPR.
The right to be forgotten
For purposes of clarity, you are entitled to terminate your FitnessCollection account at any time. To be able to “Delete account” contact FitnessCollection support. FitnessCollection will then delete or anonymise any personal information that can be attributed to you, except for certain information that FitnessCollection by law may have to save and archive. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. An application made in writing and must be signed by you.
FitnessCollection will from the 25th of May 2018 offer data portability. Data portability means that you have the rights to access your personal data that we have processed when you used the FitnessCollection app. You also have the option at any given time chose opt-out from receiving any further message from FitnessCollection. 11. Information about cookies & similar technologies
What are cookies and similar technologies?
A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer, mobile phone, or other device when you visit a website. The cookie will help website providers to recognize your device the next time you visit their website. There are other similar technologies such as pixel tags, web bugs, web storage and other similar files and technologies that can also do the same thing as cookies. FitnessCollection uses the term ”cookies” in this policy to refer to cookies and all such similar technologies that collect information in this way.
